14th Day - Today we shall learn about Future Continuous Tense. Sentences express an ongoing or continued action in future comes under Future Continuous Tense.

Type of Sentence Rule
Interrogative Will/Shall + Subject + Be + Verb (Ist form) + Ing + Object + (?)
Interrogative & Negative Will/Shall + Subject + Not + Be + Verb (Ist form) + Ing + Object + (?)

Interrogative sentence of Future Continuous Tense starts with 'Will/shall'. 'Be' and 'Ist Form of Verb + Ing' remains unchanged in all types of sentences of Future Continuous Tense.

फ्यूचर कंटिन्युअस टेन्स के इंटेरगेटिव वाक्य 'Will/Shall' से शुरू होते है । 'Be' और 'वर्ब की फर्स्ट फ़ॉर्म + Ing' फ्यूचर कंटिन्युअस टेन्स के सभी प्रकार के वाक्यो में इस्तेमाल होती है ।

Person Will/Shall Subject Be + Verb(Ist Form) + Ing Object
Ist person Shall I be reminding you about this subject off and on?
Ist Person -Plural Shall we be reminding you about this subject off and on?
2nd Person Will you be reminding you about this subject off and on?
3rd Person -Singular Will he/she/it/Ram be reminding you about this subject off and on?
3rd Person -Plural Will they/boys be reminding you about this subject off and on?

Future Continuous Tense - Interrogative And Interrogative & Negative क्या वह टीचर से बार बार नही मिलती रहेगी?
Person Will/Shall Subject Not + Be + Verb(Ist Form) + Ing Object
Ist person Shall I not be seeing the teacher time and again?
Ist Person -Plural Shall we not be seeing the teacher time and again?
2nd Person Will you not be seeing the teacher time and again?
3rd Person -Singular Will he/she/it/Ram not be seeing the teacher time and again?
3rd Person -Plural Will they/boys not be seeing the teacher time and again?

Will hundreds of beggars be sleeping at roadside, now-a-days also? क्या सैंकड़ो भिखारी आजकल भी सड़क के किनारे सो रहे होंगे?
Will Savya not be meeting Arin off and on? क्या साव्या समय समय पर अरिन से नही मिलती रही होगी?
Will your pet dog be barking at night? क्या तुम्हारा पालतु कुत्ता रात में भौंक रहा होगा?
She will not be competing with her husband. वह अपने पति से प्रतिस्पर्धा / मुकाबला नही करेगी ।
Will the cocks be fighting with each other? क्या मुर्गे एक दूसरे से लड़ रहे होंगे?

If action in a sentence appears to be continued, then also it will be a sentence of continuous tense.

वाक्य के अन्त में 'रहा होगा', 'रही होगी', रहे होंगे' नही होने पर भी यदि 'क्रिया जारी थी' ऐसा अर्थ निकले तो वह वाक्य भी अपूर्ण काल का होता है ।

वह बेंच पर खड़ा होगा । He will be standing on the bench.
राधा कार में बैठी होगी । Radha will be sitting in the car.

Future Continuous tense can be used for an action which will happen in future.

कोई क्रिया भविष्य में होगी यह बताने के लिये भी अपूर्ण भविष्य काल का प्रयोग हो सकता है ।

काली यहाँ नही बैठेगा । Kaali will not be sitting here.

The above sentence is informatory. It does not denote the Will/determination of the subject. It can be written in Future Indefinite tense also - Kaali will not sit here. When it is written in Future Indefinite, it shows the determination of the subject that he will not sit here because either he does not sit here or it is not his seat.



उपरिलिखित अपूर्ण भविष्य काल का वाक्य केवल जानकारी देने वाला है । इससे कर्ता के निश्चय या चाहत का पता नही चलता है । यही वाक्य जब सामान्य भविष्य काल में बनांए -'Kaali will not sit here' तो यह कर्ता का निश्चय बताता है की वह यहाँ नही बैठेगा ।

शुभि उससे दूर जा रही होगी । Shubhi will be going away from him.
अव्यन अपने टीचर को पढ़ा रहा होगा । Avyan will be teaching his teacher.
सागर की लेहरें किनारों को तोड़ रही होगी । Sea waves will be breaking the banks.
क्या कछुओं का समूह बाहर आ रहा होगा? Will the group of tortoise be coming out of water?
बड़ी मछली छोटी मछली को खा रही होगी । Big fish will be eating small fish.
अदिति अपनी मम्मी के बारे में ही सोच रही होगी । Adity will be thinking only of her mother.
हम आज रात निकलेंगे । We shall be leaving tonight.
कुत्ते बिल्ली आपस में लड़ रहे होंगे । Dogs and cats will be fighting with each other.
इस समय वह तुम्हारा इंतजार कर रहा होगा । At this moment, he will be waiting for you.

वाक्य Sentence
गुरु जी उसे मना रहे होंगे । Guru jee will be persuading him.
वह नई कार के सपने ले रहा होगा । He will be dreaming of new car.
आप जल्द अंग्रेजी बोल रहे होंगे । You will be speaking English very soon.
वह रेडियो सुन रहा होगा । He will be listening to radio.
टॉर्नेड़ो तेजी से उत्तर की तरफ बढ़ रहा होगा । TornaDo will be speeding very fast towards North.
अमेरिकन बहादुरी से टॉर्नेड़ो का सामना कर रहे होंगे । Americans will be facing tornaDo bravely.
भारत अपने देशवासियों को सहयोग दे रहा होगा । India will be supporting his country-men.
क्या नौकर अपने मालिक की आज्ञा का पालन कर रहा होगा? Will the servant be obeying his master?
2020 में हम समाज कल्याण का कार्य कर रहे होंगे । We shall be doing social welfare work in 2020.
समाज कल्याण और आत्मोत्थान हमारा मुख्य कर्तव्य होगा । Social welfare and self elevation will be our main duty.
हम अपने वादे को निभाने का पूरा प्रयास कर रहे होंगे । We shall be trying our best to fulfill our commitment.
