Adverb - क्रिया-विशेषण - An Overview

Kinds of Adverb

क्रिया विशेषण (Adverb) तीन प्रकार के होते हैं।

There are three types of adverbs:
1. Simple Adverb
2. Relative Adverb
3. Interrogative Adverb

Simple Adverb

Simple adverbs शब्दों (verb, adjective, adverb, preposition या पूरे वाक्य) को समय, स्थान, संख्या, ढंग, कारण, स्वीकृति या अस्विकृति द्वारा विशेषता बताता है।

Simple adverbs modify the words (verb, adjective, adverb, preposition or entire sentence) by time, place, number, manner, reason, affirmation or negation in a sentence.

Relative Adverb

रिलेटिव अड्वर्ब दो वाक्यों को जोड़ते हैं। यह पहले से इस्तेमाल की गई संज्ञा या सर्वनाम की ओर इशारा करते हुए समय, स्थान, कारण या तरीके को दर्शाता है। यह पूर्ववर्ती संज्ञा या एक सर्वनाम को संदर्भित करता है और दिखाता है कि यह उस संज्ञा या सर्वनाम से संबंधित है।

Relative adverb joins two sentences. It refers to the time, place, cause or manner pointing to a previously used noun or pronoun. It refers to a preceding noun or a pronoun and shows that it is related to that noun or pronoun.

प्रश्नवाचक क्रियाविशेषण प्रश्न पूछते हैं है।

Interrogative Adverb asks questions.

आइए निम्नलिखित तालिका में सभी तीन प्रकार के Adverbs के शब्दों को देखें और समझें:

Type of Adverbs Adverb words
Simple Adverbs
Adverb of Time today, tomorrow, daily, monthly, yearly, ago, late, after, soon, etc.
Adverb of Place here, there, everywhere, nowhere, within, without, above, below, inside, outside, etc.
Adverb of Number once, twice, always, again, frequently, often, seldom, never, ever, etc.
Adverb of Manner swiftly, quickly, loudly, carefully, gracefully, gladly, badly, certainly, bravely, etc.
Adverb of Degree or Quantity very, much, more, too, quite, little, partly, fully, wholly, perfectly, almost, etc.
Adverb of Affirmation or Negation definitely, surely, certainly, truly, no, nay, never, etc.
Adverb of Reason therefore, so, hence, on account of, consequently, etc.
Relative Adverbs what, when, where, why, how, whatever, wherever, etc.
Interrogative Adverbs what, why, when, where, how , how far, how many, how much, how long, etc.
